It starts when you sign up and runs for 1 month or 1 year from then on. So you can join at any time.

There are always around 70 videos in different areas: Sound Bath, Meditation, Kundalini, Reiki and the live calls.

To watch Sound Bath and Meditation online, you can choose between a monthly membership or an annual membership. Just click on "Buy" or "Register" above, fill in everything and then you can get started right away.

New videos are added to the OASE online studio every month, with several new sound baths and meditations every month.

Online Sound Baths are also very powerful, we record the Sound Bath professionally to ensure the best possible quality. If you listen to the Sound Bath through headphones, you will get the best quality. Through your ears your nervous system is influenced, your brain waves that are responsible for relaxation are stimulated and your whole system comes into a relaxed state. Every month there is at least one online Sound Bath as a live call and the recording of this is then uploaded under "Recordings".
