Sound reweaves your patterns in your body on a cellular level with ease. You don't have to do more, or be better, you simply show up to allow the medicine of sound to move and expand things in your body and life.

  • Somatic Sound Meditations

    These practices bring awareness to the sensations within your body, helping you connect with and release physical and emotional tension. By tuning into your body’s innate wisdom, somatic sound meditations create a pathway to deep relaxation and healing, making rest not just a break from activity but a nurturing experience.

  • Kundalini

    This powerful spiritual practice awakens the energy within you, helping to harmonize and elevate your physical, mental, and spiritual states. Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, Kundalini practices clear energy pathways, allowing you to rest with a sense of renewal and inner peace and at the same time allow you to step into your bigness.

  • Reiki

    Reiki is all about remembering your true self. To shine your light full of compassion.

    During your rest rituals, you practice tools from the Japanese system of reiki, to dissolve stress, release energy blockages, and restore harmony, allowing you to rest more deeply and with greater intention.

  • Mindfulness Meditation

    Mindfulness meditation, paired with conscious breathing, invites you to reconnect with the present moment. It helps you find a calm focus, allowing the distractions of the outside world to fade away.

You find a wide range of professionally recorded sound baths, as well many other meditations. From 5 minutes up to 40 minutes, take whatever you need.

This gives you flexibility and the chance to exchange ideas with the community at the same time.

  • It starts when you sign up and runs for 1 month or 1 year from then on. So you can join at any time.

  • There are always around 70 videos in different areas: Sound Bath, Meditation, Kundalini, Reiki and the live calls.

  • To watch Sound Bath and Meditation online, you can choose between a monthly membership or an annual membership. Just click on "Buy" or "Register" above, fill in everything and then you can get started right away.

  • New videos are added to the OASE online studio every month, with several new sound baths and meditations every month. 

  • Online Sound Baths are also very powerful, we record the Sound Bath professionally to ensure the best possible quality. If you listen to the Sound Bath through headphones, you will get the best quality. Through your ears your nervous system is influenced, your brain waves that are responsible for relaxation are stimulated and your whole system comes into a relaxed state.   • Every month there is at least one online Sound Bath as a live call and the recording of this is then uploaded under "Recordings".

  • With the annual membership, you save €20 every month and it is debited all at once, otherwise there are no differences. You can cancel your monthly membership after just one month.
